Partner at OKT (Olthuis Kleer Townshend LLP)
Judith is a partner focused on advancing Indigenous peoples' goals, with particular attention to governance, child welfare, health, and education. Her work has also touched on protecting Indigenous lands and resources, developing Indigenous law, and constitutional and human rights matters. She holds a Master of Social Work alongside her law degree and previously worked with at-risk youth, which lets her bring an interdisciplinary lens to social policy issues. Judith earned her JD and MSW from the University of Toronto, where she co-edited the Indigenous Law Journal. She belongs to both the Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador bars, and in 2015 she taught a course on First Nations governance law at Lakehead University's Bora Laskin Faculty of Law.
