About Bryce

Bryce Edwards is a partner at OKT who provides legal and strategic advice covering land and resource issues, infrastructure development on reserve, negotiations between governments, and matters touching mining, energy and land use planning. He serves as class counsel on national class actions dealing with on-reserve infrastructure and works at the intersection of Indigenous legal orders and Canadian regulatory law. A University of Toronto graduate, he co-founded and served as the first Editor-in-Chief of the Indigenous Law Journal, and worked at a global law firm in New York before joining OKT. He also teaches at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he received the Truth & Reconciliation Teaching Award, and he holds bar admissions in both Ontario and New York State.
