About Ariel

Ariel Holmwood-Bramwell is an associate at OKT based in Yellowknife. She completed the combined BCL/JD program at McGill University in 2022 and articled at OKT's Yellowknife office the following year. From 2023 to 2024 she clerked for Justice Grammond at the Federal Court of Canada. While at McGill she introduced secondary school students to legal concepts through the L.E.X. program, volunteered with Resilience Montreal, interned at the Centre quebecois du droit de l'environnement, and represented the school at the 2021 Canadian National Negotiation Competition. Before law school she studied Political Science and Communication at the University of Ottawa, and in 2016 she moved to Yellowknife to work as a Communications Officer in the Contaminants and Remediation Division of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada. She is a member of the Bars of Ontario, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
