About Jovan

Jovan Gill is an associate at Carbert Waite LLP, joining as a student-at-law in 2024 and becoming an associate in August 2025. Before joining the firm he interned with a national human rights organization and worked as a summer student in the civil litigation department of a mid-sized Edmonton firm. He maintains a broad litigation practice in commercial and construction litigation, condominium law, employment and labour law, and personal injury. He earned his JD from Thompson Rivers University in 2024, where he was a teaching assistant for property law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Royal University in 2019, and is fluent in Punjabi.
