Sidney Brejak

About Sidney

Sidney Brejak is a litigator at DWF who handles complex disputes across commercial matters, commercial host liability, product liability, fraud, contract claims, class actions and arbitration. He also advises clients on cybersecurity and privacy issues, guiding them through network breaches, ransomware incidents and data compromises. He has appeared at every level of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has been published in the Canadian Class Action Review and The Advocates Journal. Before joining DWF he practised general civil litigation at a large national firm. Sidney earned his JD from the University of Windsor in 2022, where he competed extensively in the mooting program, and holds a BASc in biochemistry and political science from the University of Guelph. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
