About Glen
Glen is a partner with deep experience in securities regulation and capital markets, guiding underwriters and issuers through domestic and cross-border equity and debt financings. He works with clients on public equity and debt offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and issuer bids, with particular focus on structured products and private funds. He advises Canadian and foreign issuers as well as securities industry participants on compliance matters, including governance, disclosure, and reporting issues, and the regulation of registrants and other market participants. He is a past member of two bodies: the OBA's Securities Law Subcommittee and the OSC's Securities Advisory Committee. From 2007 to 2024, excluding 2013 and 2019, he served as an adjunct professor teaching the upper-year securities regulation course at the University of Toronto's law faculty, and he has spoken at numerous conferences on securities regulatory topics. In the community, he holds the role of vice-chair and director on the board of Toronto's AIDS Committee.
