About Edward
Edward Wooldridge is a partner with Osler's Financial Services Group in Calgary. He works with lenders and borrowers, both in Canada and internationally, on complex financing arrangements such as syndicated bank facilities, asset-based lending, cross-border financings, and equipment financing and leasing. He also acts for public and private corporations of varying sizes on a broad range of corporate matters. Edward has been recognized as a leading lawyer in banking and financial institutions work and in asset and equipment finance by several legal directories. His representative matters include advising Mountain Province Diamonds on working capital facilities and refinancing agreements, and acting as lead counsel to bank syndicates extending credit facilities to agricultural and energy sector clients.
