About Catherine

Catherine Duguay is an associate at Carbert Waite LLP who completed her articles with the firm and was called to the Alberta bar in July 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science with an Honours Specialization in Genetics from Western University (2012) and a Master of Science in Biology from Queen's University (2016), and worked at a healthcare communications agency before law school. Her broad litigation practice focuses primarily on health law, estate litigation and dispute resolution, and employment matters, and she is working toward the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. She is fluent in French and volunteers with the Women's Centre of Calgary, Pro Bono Law Alberta, and the Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Alberta.
