About Cayley

Cayley Rauw is an associate at Carbert Waite LLP practising primarily in estates and commercial litigation, and also assists clients with estate planning, will drafting and administration. Her commercial litigation experience, particularly with shareholder disputes, gives her a useful perspective for clients on succession planning for family and private businesses. She joined Carbert Waite in 2022 after practising at a large national firm and a boutique estate litigation firm, earned her JD from the University of Calgary in 2016, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2017. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Administrative Law Reports and volunteers with Pro Bono Law Alberta's Court Assistance Programs and the University of Calgary Wills Clinic.
