About Joshua

Joshua Vickery was called to the bar in 2018 and articled with a mid-size full-service firm in Ottawa that focused on insurance defence and estate litigation. He now represents insurers and insureds in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and trip and falls, property damage claims, and subrogation. He has appeared multiple times before the Superior Court of Justice, argued before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and made written submissions to the Divisional Court.
