About Karson
Karson Neilly was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2026 after articling with Forget Smith, where he first joined as a law student in 2023. He maintains a broad insurance defence practice covering motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall matters, and inmate claims for institutional clients. He previously worked as a licensed paralegal and completed the LLB JD Pathway Program at the University of Leicester.
