Earl Murtha's practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, including first and third party property loss, subrogation, personal injury, and professional negligence claims. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2012 and earned his J.D. from Queen's University after a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Trent University.
