About Samantha

Samantha Lucifora is a Senior Partner at Monkhouse Law who has appeared at trial and before the Court of Appeal in wrongful dismissal cases, ranging from senior managers wrongly accused of fraud to employees who were let go without being paid everything they were owed. She and her colleagues have secured significant cost awards from the courts, and some of her employment files have concluded through final summary judgment rather than a full trial. Her practice covers wrongful and constructive dismissal, workplace human rights violations and disability claims, and she also advises employers on preventing and managing workplace issues. Samantha completed HRPA's Workplace Investigations Training and Certificate Program after developing an interest in that area. She articled at a personal injury firm before joining Monkhouse Law, earned her JD from the University of Windsor and an honours degree in psychology and political science from Western University, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
