About Stephen
Stephen was called to the bar in 2016 and became part of Forget Smith in 2022. He concentrates on insurance defence work, handling accident benefits disputes, third party liability claims, subrogation and loss transfer files. Since being called, he has regularly appeared before the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. Stephen completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto in 2011 before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2015. He has spent several years volunteering as a mentor for undergraduate students in the Osgoode Cup Moot.
