Forget Smith is the operating name of Forget & Associates Professional Corporation, an insurance defence litigation firm with offices in Toronto and Ottawa. The firm was co-founded by Martin Forget, called to the Ontario bar in 1998, and Marc Smith, a litigator who was appointed to the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario in 2020. Its lawyers now act for insurers on statutory accident benefits claims, motor vehicle and personal injury litigation, disability claims, coverage disputes, professional liability, and construction disputes, along with related regulatory and administrative matters. They appear before Ontario's Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and tribunals including the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

The firm's own website points to a long record in the courtroom, describing over 75 trials and hundreds of reported decisions across the team, with settlements on top of that.
