About Martin
Martin Forget concentrates his practice on trial and appellate work for insurers. He regularly runs jury and non-jury trials each year and has served as lead counsel in numerous reported cases. His files span commercial and homeowners' property and liability claims, subrogation, coverage disputes, motor vehicle litigation, product liability and fraud matters. He has represented insurers in a range of successful property and liability trials. Martin also speaks regularly to insurers, brokers and adjusters' associations about coverage disputes and other legal developments. He was called to the bar in 1998.
