About Jordan

A partner in the Hamilton office, Diacur practises civil litigation including franchise litigation and professional liability. He represented the plaintiff in Fleming v. Ontario, a landmark Supreme Court of Canada civil liberties case. He is also trained as a museum curator and worked for several years in public museums.
