About Jennifer

Jennifer began her career doing insurance defence work before joining Scarfone Hawkins, drawn by the variety of civil and commercial litigation the firm offered. She now supports the firm's litigation team on matters spanning shareholder disputes, oppression remedies, estate litigation, insurance claims, and real estate disputes. She earned her B.A. from Western University in 2006 and her J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2011, and was called to the bar in 2012. Jennifer also holds a certificate in estate litigation from Osgoode and is active with the Hamilton Law Association, where she has served as trustee and chaired its Estates & Trusts Subcommittee. She approaches each file methodically, gathering the available facts to assess the best path forward for her clients while keeping costs proportionate to what's at stake.
