About Cara

Cara Persia is an associate at SimpsonWigle LAW LLP, working within the firm's Litigation Group out of the Burlington office. Her practice covers civil and commercial disputes, with particular focus on contractual, construction and insolvency matters. Cara started at the firm as an articling student and later rejoined as an associate following her call to the bar in 2025. She earned her JD at the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, Lakehead University, and holds a Bachelor of Sport Management with First Class Honours from Brock University. She belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Hamilton Law Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
