Real Estate LawKayla Carr is an experienced litigator whose work spans estate litigation, guardianship applications, real property disputes, general civil litigation, appeals, and Solicitors Act account assessments. Her litigation experience includes matters before Ontario's Superior Court, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal. Born and raised in Hamilton, Kayla completed her undergraduate degree at McMaster University, earned her LL.B. from the University of Birmingham in England, and later completed an LL.M. at Osgoode Hall Law School before being called to the bar in 2017. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Hamilton Law Association, and the Advocates' Society, and takes pride in returning to practice law in her hometown.
