About Jonathan
Jonathan Pendrith is a partner in the firm's corporate and business law group, advising on the structuring, negotiation and completion of corporate transactions, business purchases and sales, and debt and equity financings. His clients include lenders, private corporations, business owners, start-ups and not-for-profit organizations, and he also advises on real estate portfolio matters under the Land Registration Act and Municipal Government Act. Jon joined McInnes Cooper as an associate in 2012 after articling with the firm in 2011. He earned a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a B.A. from McGill University, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2012.
