About David
David Singh is a senior associate concentrating on corporate and securities law, particularly capital markets transactions and corporate governance issues. He has taken part in numerous M&A deals, private placements, and public offerings of both equity and debt. David regularly counsels public company clients around regulatory compliance and disclosure requirements, along with other securities law questions. Before joining Torys, he worked as an associate at a well-known law firm in New York.
