About Jonathan

Jonathan L. Frustaglio is a partner at Sutherland Law who practices civil and commercial litigation. His work centers on construction litigation, breach of contract claims, employment law, landlord and tenant disputes, estates law, bankruptcy and insolvency, and family law. He has represented clients before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Justice, as well as before administrative tribunals like the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Landlord and Tenant Board. Before joining Sutherland Law he articled at a boutique civil litigation firm. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University and a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, and he's licensed to practice in both Ontario and Florida.
