About Hussam
Hussam Kuroukchi earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he worked as a student caseworker in the Venture Capital Clinical Program, providing legal support to early-stage technology companies on corporate and commercial matters. He also competed in advocacy, negotiation and arbitration competitions, reaching the semi-finals in several moots. Before law school, he completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in electrical engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in economics at the University of Waterloo, then worked in Toronto as a finance professional focused on capital markets and risk management.
