About Giuseppe

Giuseppe Marini is an associate at Bisceglia & Associates who articled with the firm before being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2026. He helps clients with civil and commercial disputes as well as real estate-related litigation. He completed his law degree at the University of Edinburgh and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto beforehand, finishing both programs with distinction. During law school he served as Social Secretary of the Graduate Law Society and reached the finals of the Dickson Minto Junior Mooting Competition. Before joining the firm, he worked at a boutique immigration and refugee law practice and completed a summer program at a multinational firm in Edinburgh.
