Fabio M. Soccol founded Soccol Law and practises civil litigation with a focus on the construction, building, development, and real estate sectors. His clients include subcontractors, general contractors, and property owners across a range of projects and disputes. He also handles commercial litigation matters such as business disputes, contracts, real property, certificates of pending litigation, and matrimonial financial issues. Soccol appears regularly before the Superior Court of Ontario, and has experience before the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, various tribunals, and in mediations and arbitrations.
