About Ajvi

Ajvi Sarja is an Associate at Sutherland Law whose practice centres on complex civil and commercial litigation, spanning loan and contract enforcement, fraud claims, and secured transaction disputes. He drafts a wide range of legal documents and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. Ajvi earned an Honours Bilingual BA in Political Science from York University's Glendon campus before completing his Juris Doctor at Queen's University's Faculty of Law. During law school he worked as a caseworker for the Queen's Business Law Clinic, providing pro bono services to local businesses and non-profits, and served as Vice-President of the Queen's Law Alternative Dispute Resolution Club. He is a member of the Albanian Canadian Lawyers' Association and speaks English, Albanian, and French.
