About Colin

Colin was born and raised in Victoria and attended the University of Victoria for both his undergraduate and law degrees before incorporating his own firm, Vindex Law Corporation, which is affiliated with McBOP. The week after his call to the bar, he began training at the Justice Institute of BC's Police Academy and has served as a full-time municipal police officer for 27 years while maintaining his solicitor's practice, focusing on wills and estates, real estate, family law, and corporate law for closely held companies. He also teaches legal courses to police officers across Canada.
