About Noel

Noel Lenaghan has practised law in Victoria since 1985 as a general practitioner across corporate, commercial, real estate, wills and estates, and family law, with solicitor work centred on structuring and governing business entities, buying and selling businesses, commercial real estate and land development, commercial leasing, estate planning, corporate reorganizations, incapacity planning, and probate administration. In litigation, he represents clients in contract and shareholder disputes, construction and builders' lien matters, collections, foreclosures, estate litigation, and family law cases. He has contributed to the Continuing Legal Education Society's Probate Practice Manual and previously served as Secretary of the Victoria Bar Association. Lenaghan holds a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia and an LL.B. from the University of Victoria.
