About Anna

Anna Holota earned a J.D. and a B.A. in International Relations, both from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023. The corporate and commercial practice covers buying and selling businesses from initial due diligence through closing, tax-driven reorganizations with accountants and other advisors, and acting as business counsel to financial institutions and real estate developers. Holota drafts and negotiates commercial agreements including shareholders' agreements and purchase and sale agreements.
