About Donald
Donald B. Phelps is the founder of Donald B. Phelps Law Corporation and has practiced family law in British Columbia since 1974. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria and studied law at the University of British Columbia. Approximately 90 percent of his practice involves family law matters, including custody and access disputes, asset division, spousal and child support, separation agreements, and common law relationships. His firm's philosophy favors negotiating timely, favorable settlements where possible, while remaining prepared to take matters to court when necessary.
