About David
David Dorrans earned a J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2002 and articled and practised at a national law firm in Calgary before completing an MBA at the University of British Columbia in 2011. Dorrans then worked in a senior leadership role for a BC First Nation before returning to private practice and being called to the British Columbia bar in 2014. The practice covers corporate and commercial matters, including asset and share sale transactions, debt financings, and construction, design-build, joint venture and procurement agreements, along with Aboriginal law.
