John Bannister
John Bannister is an intellectual property lawyer and patent agent whose practice covers all areas of IP with an emphasis on patent drafting and prosecution. He worked as an engineer in the aerospace industry before entering law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Engineering in aerospace engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University, and he previously drafted and prosecuted patents in-house at a medical device company.
