Daniel Biggs
Daniel Biggs is an intellectual property lawyer and patent agent (Canada and US) whose practice focuses on patent and trademark prosecution, including drafting applications, responding to office actions, and performing freedom-to-operate searches. Before joining Own Innovation he worked in patent and trademark prosecution at a Toronto IP boutique. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and holds honours degrees in linguistics and computer science from McGill University.
