Melissa Binns is a partner in the firm's Hamilton office practising in patent and trademark litigation and pharmaceutical regulatory law. Her litigation experience spans biotechnology, pharmaceutical, apparel, software, information technology, domain names, and branding matters. She has appeared as trial, application, and motion counsel before the Federal Court and acts for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. She is also a registered trademark agent providing trademark prosecution services and is experienced in pharmaceutical regulations, biologics, and patent proceedings under the Patented Medicine (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
