Osman Ismaili
Osman Ismaili is an intellectual property lawyer and patent agent whose practice covers patent and trademark drafting and prosecution, IP licensing and assignment agreements, patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, and select corporate and commercial services. He earned a degree in chemical physics from the University of Waterloo, studied law at the University of Leicester in the UK, and completed a Master of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School specializing in IP and corporate/commercial law.
