About Joelle

Joelle leads MT+Co.'s Litigation + Dispute Resolution Group, focusing on complex civil litigation for businesses and Indigenous organizations, including corporate and commercial disputes and regulatory proceedings before tribunals such as the National Energy Board. She represents Indigenous clients in Aboriginal rights and title disputes and negotiates on behalf of First Nations with the Crown and industry. She was called to the BC bar in 2005 and the Northwest Territories bar in 2025, and has been recognized in Chambers Canada and Benchmark Litigation Canada as one of the Top 100 Women in Litigation.
