About Paul

Paul Harden is a Principal at Meridian Law Group whose practice covers estate litigation, property and business disputes, general litigation matters, and insurance claims, as well as representing individuals injured by another's negligence. He leads a team of lawyers and paralegals and advocates both in traditional court litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution. Raised in Calgary in a family with a background in grain farming and military service, Paul has written for Law360 Canada and been featured in Canadian Lawyer Magazine on cross-border estate disputes and family property disputes under the Land (Spouse Protection) Act. He practises law through Paul R. Harden Law Corporation.
