About Joella

Joella Miller is an associate at Milosevic & Associates with a broad commercial litigation practice covering shareholder and partnership disputes, investment advisor liability, and fraud matters. She draws on a business background to advise clients facing complex commercial disputes and has volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario since 2024. While in law school she worked as a research assistant and editor for the Associate Dean of Research and co-authored a book chapter with the university's Vice President of Research and Innovation, along with a professional development paper on certificates of pending litigation. Joella holds a Juris Doctor and a Law and Technology Certificate from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, plus a Bachelor of Commerce with honours from Queen's University's Smith School of Business. She articled at Milosevic & Associates and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.
