About Arad
Arad Moslehi is a partner at Milosevic & Associates whose practice is concentrated in civil and commercial litigation, with particular focus on fraud disputes, real estate litigation and complex business conflicts. He has acted as lead counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, defending anti-SLAPP motions, pursuing multi-party fraud claims, and handling disputes over breaches of trust and financial misconduct, including urgent applications to trace funds and uncover hidden assets. His broader commercial litigation work includes shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual conflicts, and defamation matters involving reputational harm from online publications. Before joining the firm, Arad practised at boutique Toronto litigation firms with an emphasis on real estate disputes, and he spent several years handling tax disputes, guiding clients through Canada Revenue Agency audits and objections, with appeals argued before the Federal Court and the Tax Court of Canada. He earned his Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University, and brings a decade of real estate industry experience to his disputes practice. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 and is fluent in English and Farsi.
