About Stephanie

Stephanie Fong practises civil and commercial litigation at Rayman Harris LLP and is building an expropriation law practice alongside it. She advises individuals, businesses, and organizations on contract disputes, real property, tort claims, and constitutional and administrative law matters. Her appearances span the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Commercial List, and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal. Before joining Rayman Harris, she worked at a Toronto litigation firm and one of Canada's oldest law firms, and she clerked for Justice Henry S. Brown at the Federal Court of Canada. She holds dual Canadian and American law degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating magna cum laude, plus a BA in History from the University of Waterloo. She was called to the bar in Ontario in 2019.
