About Breanna

Breanna Needham is counsel focused on commercial litigation where allegations of misconduct are central to the dispute. She has handled investigations and injunctions along with strategic analysis, legal research and written submissions in confidential and high-stakes matters. Breanna represents companies and individuals in cases involving fraud, misappropriation, conversion, breach of confidence, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract, as well as disputes among shareholders, employees, directors and officers. She has appeared before every level of court in Ontario and in mediations and commercial arbitrations, and she also advises on ethical compliance and conflicts of interest, including obligations in the political sector. Breanna was called to the Ontario bar in 2016.
