About David

David Milosevic, MLF's Managing Partner, concentrates on complex commercial litigation, fraud, and securities matters, and has worked on some of the largest civil fraud claims in Ontario. He has successfully defended clients at trial in disputes worth hundreds of millions of dollars and appears regularly before the Superior Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He earned his BA and civil and common law degrees from McGill, placing second in the country at the Jessup International Law Moot, before completing an LLM in civil litigation and dispute resolution at Osgoode Hall. David holds the Certified Fraud Examiner designation and has been recognized as a Benchmark Litigation Star in the commercial category, as well as one of Toronto's top commercial litigation lawyers by Post City Magazine.
