About Annelise
Annelise Do Rio is a litigation lawyer at Milosevic & Associates who was called to the Ontario bar in 2024. She started at the firm as a second-year summer student before completing her articling there, joining the litigation team full-time after her call to the bar. Her law degree is from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, part of Toronto Metropolitan University, which she pursued after completing a Bachelor of Honours in Law and Society at York University. While in law school, she took on leadership roles, serving as Vice President of External Affairs for the Lincoln Alexander Business Law Society and as Promotions Coordinator for the Pro Bono Students Canada chapter there. Prior to law school, she worked with non-profits as a Business Development Associate, selling fundraising software and taking part in negotiations. She speaks English and Portuguese.
