About Jingjing

Jingjing Gao is a member of Richards Buell Sutton's Business Law Group, advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and securities. She brings cross-jurisdictional experience, having worked as legal counsel in China before her BC bar admission and later at a national Vancouver firm, and specializes in transactional and cross-border work. Her representative work includes significant transactions for companies such as Tincorp Metals, Northland Properties, and National Foods. She holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law (2015) and a B.A. from Shenzhen University, China (2005), and was called to the bar in California in 2016 and British Columbia in 2021.
