About Elysa
Elysa Jacobs is an associate at Bell Alliance LLP, focusing on estate and incapacity planning and the administration of trusts and estates, often with an international or inter-provincial component. Elysa is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is dual-qualified in British Columbia (called in 2021) and England and Wales (admitted in 2014). Elysa earned an undergraduate degree in history from the University of Victoria and attended law school at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, practising in London before returning to Vancouver in 2021. Elysa has helped clients create personalized estate plans, prepare powers of attorney and representation agreements, and assist executors with probate applications.
