About Eric

Eric Mollema has practised law since 1996 and has international experience in law and business, including trust law, franchising, contracts, corporate commercial law and civil litigation. Growing up in South Africa, he founded and led Wizard Financial Services South Africa and later served as Chief Operating Officer of LoanLink Broker Services South Africa and as owner and Managing Director of Mortgage Works, a mortgage origination company with 104 franchisees. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law (BProc) from the University of Pretoria in 1993 and a Masters Degree in Law (LLM) from the same university in 1997, was admitted to the High Court of South Africa in 1996, moved to Canada in 2010, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2013. He is a registered Canadian Trademark Agent and a past president of the North Fraser Lawyers Association.
