Jenifer Chilcott is senior counsel at Farris LLP's Victoria office practising technology law, intellectual property, commercial law and privacy. She has more than 25 years of experience spanning private practice and in-house roles at technology companies including Alcatel, Mitel and Newbridge Networks, advising on software licensing, technology acquisitions, distribution arrangements and privacy compliance. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1993 before being called in British Columbia in 2008.
