About Yaro

Yaro Gavrylko obtained his law degree from the Victoria University of Manchester in England in 2005. After practising corporate law in Kyiv, Ukraine from 2006 to 2007, he returned to Canada, obtained his NCA Certificate of Qualification, and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in February 2010. He practises family law, real estate, and general civil litigation, and is comfortable resolving disputes in court or through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. He earned his BA from Simon Fraser University in 2002 and completed a visiting professional program at Dalhousie University in 2008. He is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch, the Trial Lawyers Association of BC, and several regional bar associations.
