About Christina

Christina Chini is an associate in Dolden Wallace Folick's Toronto office. Christina articled and practiced insurance defence and general civil litigation at a well-known Toronto litigation boutique before joining the firm, and has appeared before the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court. The practice covers occupiers' liability claims involving winter maintenance contractors and property owners, along with hospitality and liquor liability matters for bars, restaurants, and security companies. Christina also represents medical professionals such as physiotherapists and chiropractors in professional negligence claims, defends employers before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and handles property and construction disputes involving faulty workmanship and water or fire damage. Christina earned a dual Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2018, and chairs the Young Lawyers' Committee of Canadian Defence Lawyers.
